H. 'Radiant Edger'

2010 is the third year in a row I have exchanged Hostas with the same lady in Brandon, MB. This is one of the ones I received this year. When I unwrapped it, it fell into 2 separate divisions.

Both divisons are back in 2011, this is the larger of the two, and as you can see there are now 2 shoots.

This variety has not been a terribly good grower for us. In 2013, while we stil have both divisions, they are coming back up barely larger than what we saw in 2011... I'll have to figure out where the problem lies, is it lack of nutrient, perhaps poor-draining planting mix or ????
