H. 'Lakeside Looking Glass'

2010 is the third year in a row I have exchanged Hostas with the same lady in Brandon, MB. This is one of three Lakeside Hostas I received this year from her and was in fact an unexpected bonus! This now brings the total number of Lakeside Hostas to six.

The plant had a bit of a struggle in 2011. The medium it was in really was a little too moisture retentive and I re-potted it into a mix that has much better drainage. It did develop new offsets, and one of them had these peculiar narrow leaves. It'll be interesting to see if they come back like that next year.
